This Committee promotes the education of AIPLA members and the public about professionalism, civility in the bar, ethics, substance abuse and mental health/well-being of IP practitioners.
Key Initiatives
The committee works with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and other AIPLA committees to facilitate awareness of these issues including by providing education and resource lists in order to support the professional lives and well-being of all members of the IP community.
