Continuing Legal Education (CLE)

AIPLA is the leader in in-person and online IP focused Continuing Legal Education. Our comprehensive programs focus on emerging issues in the practice of IP law and areas directly impacting the IP community.
AIPLA is an approved provider by most jurisdictions requiring CLE. Each program requires individual approval, and each jurisdiction has different approval guidelines and time frames. Programs may not be pre-approved, but program accreditation is sought in all attendee requested jurisdictions.

CLE Processing by Jurisdiction

In-Person Event CLE
AIPLA hosts many in-person CLE programs each year, ranging from single-day boot camps to multiple-day programs with many CLE sessions, including our three Stated Meetings each year.

On-Demand CLE
Recorded CLE programs are provided on-demand as streaming video presentations. Online courses require an active Internet connection for access and viewing.
