Arbitration of patent, trade secret, and trademark/trade dress disputes. I have more than half a century of intellectual property law experience, mostly in private practice litigating patents at the trial and appellate levels. I also served as a patent examiner for 5 years and clerked at the CCPA. My trial work has been primarily in chemical and pharmaceutical cases, while my appellate work has run the gamut of technologies. I have briefed and argued numerous cases before the Federal Circuit, and served as Section Leader of Finnegan's Appellate Section for many years. I am also a neutral on the list of arbitrators with the American Arbitration Association.
