I have been registered in the US and Canadian patent offices from 1980-2024. I have been counsel in many cases involving patents, trademarks, copyright and trade secrets, some of which want to mediation or arbitration. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, on the panel of the Canadian International Internet Dispute Resolution Centre, a member of ICC Canada arbitration committee, mediator on the panel of the International Trademark Association. member of the Toronto Commercial Arbitration Society; actively involved in numerous committees of the AIPLA for over 40 years.
