I have been on the International Trademark Association (INTA) panel of neutrals for approximately 7 years until INTA ended the panel; I have been a mediator for approximately 20 years and have a very strong trademark, copyright and trade secret background. I have engaged in an Intellectual Property practice for over 40 years and have engaged in private and court appointed mediations of all sorts, from tort to complex commercial disputes, helping people to resolve their differences.
