Arbitration/Mediation of patent disputes. Over the last 50 years I have participated in well over 200 US patent litigations. In about 100 of those I participated as an advocate on behalf of a patent owner or an alleged patent infringer. In over 100 of those I participated as an expert witness concerning USPTO practice and procedure and other aspects of US patent law. I have also sometimes served as an arbitrator (sometimes alone and sometimes as one of a panel of three) in patent disputes. And I have also sometimes served as a mediator in patent disputes.
