Arbitration/Mediation of patent, trade secret, trademark/trade dress, copyright disputes. I am a member of the Patent Bar since 1971 (REG No. 26,244). My expertise is in all sciences, specialized in electrical engineering. I have done over 240 arbitrations and over 50 mediations. I am listed with CPR, WIPO, IMI, INTA and do independent ADR as well. As part of the Arbitration,Mediation and Intellectual Property Committees of CPR I have been responsible for amending all the Rules for domestic and international ADR(both under the auspices of CPR and independently using the CPR Model Rules) for CPR.For over 5 years I have listed as a Mediator for the U.S. District Court SDNY.
