Arbitration/Mediation of patent, trade secret, and trademark/trade dress disputes. For the past nearly 30 years, I have litigated and tried patent, trade secret, and trade mark cases in courts and tribunals all around the U.S., including the ITC, PTAB, TTAB. This included jury and bench trials, preliminary injunctions, as well as arbitrations and mediations. I write and edit the PTAB Handbook, teach patent litigation at George Washington, and am Co-Editor of the Patent Litigation Strategies Handbook.
