Jeff has extensive experience in managing trademark portfolios and resolving substantive and procedural issues pertaining to U.S. trademark prosecution, including extensive work for clients in the cosmetics, professional sports, entertainment, apparel, and consumer products industries. Jeff’s practice focuses on domestic and international trademark prosecution, clearance, and maintenance. Additionally, Jeff is a former Trademark Examining Attorney with the United States Patent & Trademark Office. Jeff also handles enforcement issues, both domestically and internationally, and represents clients in contested proceedings before the TTAB. Jeff also handles licenses and other transactional matters on behalf of clients, as well as copyright matters. Jeff regularly presents and speaks on various topics, including, recent changes in USPTO trademark practice, trademark filing strategies, and strategic IP considerations.
