Babak Akhlaghi serves as the Managing Director of NovoTech Patent Firm, an intellectual property law firm based in Washington, D.C. A recognized authority in the field, Mr. Akhlaghi is the co-author of the Patent Applications Handbook, published annually by West Publications since 1992.
