Ricardo Boclin is a seasoned professional working with Intellectual Property for more than 20 years, mainly on the consultancy related to patent and industrial design prosecution. He is a mechanical engineer and attorney at law and recently assumed the role as Technical and Legal Director at Clarke Modet Brazil.

Ricardo is also a member of the board of the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association and former delegate of the Brazilian National Group of AIPPI.
