Cab has handled cases in federal courts around the country including in Texas, California, New York, Delaware, and Georgia. He has been recognized by his peers as a “rising star” of the Texas legal profession by Texas Monthly and Texas Law and Politics magazines in 2010 and 2011. Before he was a patent lawyer, Cab was an offshore drilling engineer for Marathon Oil Company.
