Eastley, Sherri

Sherri Eastley is a Member at Pirkey Barber PLLC in Austin, Texas. While not a native Texan, Sherri has called Austin home since 1997. She enjoys the sweltering summer heat that Austin has to offer (thank goodness for pools) and her favorite past-time is jet skiing and playing games with her two sons and husband. She’s an advocate for the Type 1 diabetes community of which her younger son is a member, and she finds fulfilment in helping others. She also happens to practice trademark and copyright law with a focus on drafting and negotiating a broad range of sponsorship and endorsement agreements, co-branding agreements, manufacturing, licensing, professional athlete ambassador agreements, and cause marketing agreements; advising clients regarding strategic worldwide trademark and copyright protection, global brand roll-outs and enforcement strategies; advising clients on digital advertising; providing trademark/copyright education and training for clients; selection and clearance of trademarks; and management of global portfolios.
