Engellenner, Tom

Tom Engellenner is a member of the bar of Massachusetts and New York, and a former President of the Boston Patent Law Association.  Tom’s practice includes patents, licensing, trademarks, and litigation. He has more than 40 years of experience in prosecuting and litigating patents and advising clients generally on intellectual property strategies. He has obtained nearly 1000 patents for clients since 1981. He has particular experience in the fields of chemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, analytical instruments, and medical devices.
