Fechner, Holly

Holly Fechner is a Partner at Covington & Burling LLP and Executive Director of Invent Together. Invent Together is dedicated to understanding the gender, race, and other diversity gaps in invention and patenting, and supporting public policy and private initiatives to close them. Nationally ranked by Chambers, Fechner is co-chair of Covington’s technology industry group and received the 2019 American Lawyer Magazine "Dealmaker of the Year" award.  Fechner formerly served as Policy Director for Senator Edward M. Kennedy (D-Massachusetts) and Chief Counsel for the Senate Health, Education, Labor & Pensions Committee. She graduated from Oberlin College and received her law degree from the University of Michigan.
