Fink, Rudy

Rudolph “Rudy” Fink IV is an associate in McKool Smith's Dallas office. He focuses his practice on the litigation and appeals of both commercial and intellectual property cases. Prior to joining the firm, Rudy served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable William C. Bryson in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and to the Honorable J. Rodney Gilstrap and the Honorable Roy S. Payne in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Marshall Division. During his clerkships, Rudy was responsible for more than 1,000 complex civil cases and actively participated in hundreds of hours of judicial proceedings, including 13 trials, which covered areas from personal injury to patents.
