Jeff is a seasoned, complex trial lawyer, focusing his practice for 29 years on disputes involving intellectual property in US federal courts and agencies and before the International Trade Commission (ITC). Jeff’s IP litigation practice is concentrated on the high-tech and life sciences industries. Over the past 15 years, Jeff has represented both branded and generic companies in patent disputes arising under the Hatch-Waxman Act, building and leading teams focused on district court litigation, inter partes review proceedings, and appeals in approximately 40 cases. In this capacity, Jeff counsels clients in navigating the regulatory, patent, and antitrust issues unique to pharmaceutical litigation. 

Jeff routinely speaks on topical issues pertinent to the life sciences industry, patent litigation and antitrust issues, having presented at industry conferences throughout the United States, and to clients throughout the world.
