Herrera, Jessie

Jessie Herrera is a partner with the law firm of Patterson & Sheridan LLP and has established himself as a go-to resource for companies seeking to build global intellectual property portfolios. Prior to practicing law, Jessie worked as a mechanical engineer designing industrial equipment for a large oilfield services corporation. In addition to utility patents, Jessie has prepared and prosecuted numerous design patents, protecting the ornamental appearance of a wide variety of devices and consumer products, including hand tools, apparel, and graphical user interfaces. Jessie has been involved with the IPO’s Industrial Designs committee for several years. Alongside his patent work, Jessie serves on the Diversity & Inclusion committee at his firm and sits on the executive boards of multiple Hispanic bar associations.
