Elizabeth Isaac is a Director, Shareholder, and Registered Patent Attorney at Dunlap Codding where she leads the firm’s Design Group. She helps innovators, entrepreneurs, artists, and businesses protect their inventions, brands, designs, and other creative works to leverage their intellectual property portfolios and enhance their business options. She counsels clients regarding a breadth of patents, trademarks, copyrights, and other proprietary rights—with an emphasis on creatively and strategically identifying holistic and dynamic ways enforce, defend, and improve the value of various technological and creative assets worldwide.
Her community service includes service on the board of directors for the Oklahoma Bar Association Intellectual Property Section; OCBA Young Lawyers Division; OCU School of Law Alumni Association; and deadCenter Film. Additionally, Isaac is a member of the American Intellectual Property Association Industrial Design Committee and served as a coordinator and moderator for the AIPLA Design Rights Boot Camp. She was recently appointed the Vice Chair of AIPLA’s Special Committee on Pro Bono Committee. Isaac is also the past Board Chair and Event Chair of IgniteOKC; past Vice Chair of membership for the Board of Directors of Catalyst of Allied Arts; a 2017 graduate of Linking Oklahoma Young Adult Leaders Class XII; and a current Chapter 29 Rotarian of Oklahoma City.
Isaac was selected to Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for 2021, 2022, and 2023; has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Oklahoma for 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022; was named a 2017 Achievers Under 40 by the Journal Record; and 2016 Oklahoma City’s Forty Under 40 by okc.BIZ.
Isaac is married to Sunil Isaac, an OCU Law alumnus. Sunil and Elizabeth are parents to their toddler, Joe; infant, John Thomas; and dogs, Juniper and Moose.
