Jarvis, Alyssa

Alyssa joined Diversity Lab with more than 10 years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion. As a Director of Mansfield & Strategic Innovations, she works with over 360 law firms pursuing Mansfield Certification. She has an opportunity to meet with and learn alongside large and midsize firms located in the US, Canada, and the UK. In her previous roles, she managed relationships with corporations that were focused on creating inclusive environments for all employees. 

Alyssa received a B.A. from Indiana University and a M.S. in Science from Michigan State University. She received the Diversity & Inclusion certificate from Cornell University in 2018. Alyssa is passionate about disrupting biases in people and systems to ultimately create a more equitable and equal world for everyone.
