Jeremy Blackowicz

Jeremy Blackowicz is a member of the Intellectual Property department, practicing in all areas of trademark and copyright law. He provides strategic advice on trademark selection, management and enforcement for numerous industries, large and small, in the United States and worldwide. Jeremy gives practical guidance on: trademark portfolio review and maintenance, trademark selection and clearance, navigating the domestic and international trademark prosecution process, the use of administrative trademark tribunals for appeal, and the enforcement of trademark rights in the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and the U.S. district courts. His experience with policing, protection and defense of intellectual property rights extends into internet disputes, domain name practices and internet advertising.

Jeremy also has significant experience in litigation and dispute resolution of complex commercial matters, including representation of clients in mediation, arbitration, litigation and appeals before Massachusetts state and federal courts.
