Klein, Halie

Halie Klein is the General Counsel of Pace Gallery.  As General Counsel, she negotiates and drafts agreements and provides strategic advice to Pace on all of the company’s legal matters, including contractual matters, artist agreements, corporate governance, compliance and, most recently, NFTs. Prior to working for Pace, Ms. Klein was a senior associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP where she focused on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and SPACs. Ms. Klein holds a law degree from The University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Music from The Florida State University.
