Mr. Luo's practice focuses mainly on prosecution of patent. He has handled hundreds patent filing and prosecuting cases, mainly covering the fields of biotechnology and pharmaceuticals. Mr. Luo has also represented clients in many patent reexamination cases, some patent invalidation cases and patent litigation cases. In addition, Mr. Luo has also drafted many patent applications for clients and filed and prosecuted these patent applications in China and countries outside China, such as the USA, Japan and Europe.
