Adam Mossoff is Professor of Law at Antonin Scalia Law School, George Mason University, and he is a board member and affiliated scholar at several academic centers, policy organizations, and think tanks. His research on patent law and policy has been relied on by the Supreme Court, the Federal Circuit, Congress, and the USPTO, FTC, DOJ, and other federal agencies. He has been invited numerous times to testify before the Senate and the House of Representatives on patent policy, including in the two Senate hearings on § 101 reform held in 2019 and 2024.
