After two decades in private practice, Kristin Murphy is now Lead Divisional IP Counsel at ZF Group, a global technology company focused on enabling the next generation of mobility.

Kristin Murphy’s experience spans across all aspects of intellectual property. With respect to patent matters, her career has included domestic and foreign patent prosecution, including as part of strategic patent portfolio development and management. She has extensive experience in patent opinions, intellectual property valuations/due diligence and drafting and negotiation agreements relating to technology and intellectual property. 

Kristin`s intellectual property experience extends beyond patent prosecution. With respect to enforcement matters, she has extensive experience with patent litigation through trial and appeal. She also has experience with Inter Partes Review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Further, Kristin's practice routinely involves drafting and negotiating agreements involving both patent and trademark assets.
