Pegram, John

John B. Pegram is Of Counsel at Fish & Richardson P.C., a multi-office law firm concentrating in IP and technology law, based in the New York City office. He received his undergraduate degree from Columbia University and his law degree from New York University.              

John has been engaged in patent, trademark and copyright litigation, licensing, opinion and counseling matters of all types for over 50 years. He has been active in bar associations, and as a frequent author and lecturer on US and international IP and litigation topics. Currently, he is an active member of the IPO Europe Committee, the AIPLA IP Practice in Europe Committee, the AIPPI Standing Committee on the Unitary Patent Court and the US Bar – EPO Liaison Council. He is a past President of NYIPLA, a past member of AIPLA’s Board of Directors and a past Chair of the US Bar – EPO Liaison Council.
