Pierard, Jill

Jill has more than 20 years’ experience advising clients on intellectual property and corporate law issues, including almost ten years as a trial attorney and more ten years advising corporations in-house.  She was previously spent nine years in a dual role at an international multibillion dollar life sciences company leading the corporate legal needs for a $1B business unit and as Global Head of Intellectual Property, leading a team of 7 attorneys.   She also spent 2 years as an Associate General Counsel at a pharmaceutical/ medical device company, advising on IP matters. She currently advises MaxCyte on a variety of IP and corporate issues.
