Rein, Ilene

Ilene Rein is a Partner and an Executive Recruiter at Marketing & Sales Resources, Inc. After hearing many stories of difficulties in finding employment, Ilene developed the program Pounding Pavement 101 sharing the inside secrets from the view of the Recruiter on how to get hired rapidly! Job seekers in taking Ilene's advice and learning recruiting  inside secrets, calls from companies started coming in, interviews scheduled and they became employed!

Ilene provides seminars, online courses and private consulting to job seekers to develop resumes to generate calls, LinkedIn profiles to create your professional brand, interview preparation and job search strategies.

Prior to Ilene's recruiting career, she was a Marketing and Creative Director (Purple Communications, Dolphin Technology, Varityper, PC Magazine) and Corporate Trainer (ExxonMobil, Avaya, Schering Plough). She has always been involved in the hiring and training process in the teams she led. 

An advocate for the community at large, Ilene is always involved in community events and charities. She was a Mentor for FIRST Robotics and continues to work with FIRST as a judge, volunteer coordinator, planning board member, volunteer, and adviser.
