Hilary is the Assistant General Counsel, Patents at Johnson & Johnson. Hilary joined J&J in 2016, supporting the Ethicon business in connection with various intellectual property matters.  Throughout her career with J&J, Hilary has supported a number of groups in addition to Ethicon including Depuy, and other businesses with regard to digital and data matters. Prior to joining J&J, Hilary was a partner at the law firm, Condo Roccia Koptiw LLP.  Before that, Hilary worked as a Patent Counsel at Proctor & Gamble and as an Associate with Woodcock Washburn LLP.  Hilary graduated law school from Indiana University – Bloomington and received her undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering from The University of Cincinnati, where she even spent time as an intern with Ethicon as part of its co-op program.
