Rosenblatt, Paul S.

Paul Rosenblatt assists in leading the national expert team in the pelvic mesh litigation and has selected and developed experts, taken and defended expert witness depositions, and prepared experts for trials.  He focuses his practice on the representation and defense of manufacturers in products liability litigation, with an emphasis on complex pharmaceutical medical device litigation in both state and federal courts, including multidistrict litigation.  As a key member of the national case work-up, expert, and trial teams in one of the largest multidistrict litigations in history, Paul has provided on-site trial support to lead trial counsel in more than ten federal and state court pelvic mesh trials, including taking on responsibility for handling company witness preparation and deposition designations, development of case strategy, arguing motions in limine.  He is involved in all aspects of fact and expert discovery and regularly deposes plaintiffs, prescribing physicians, other treating physicians and medical experts.
