John Salazar currently serves as a member of Middleton Reutlinger’s management committee. He is a registered patent attorney and concentrates his legal practice in intellectual property, especially in patents, trademarks, copyrights and computer law. His practice includes portfolio management and strategic decision making for competitive benefit. He also spends significant time on advising his clients in prosecution matters, litigation and portfolio analytics.
Prior to entering law school, he worked several years for an international software and computer manufacturing corporation in product development, computer software engineering and hardware control. After law school, he was employed in the legal department of a multi-national corporation working with domestic and international patent prosecution and portfolio management. John is active in the AIPLA and regularly presents at various national seminars.
