Savaria is Vice President of Law for Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions (PECS) at the Janssen North America Pharmaceutical Company of Johnson & Johnson. In this role, she advises the PECS leadership team on innovative ways to compliantly support patients starting and staying on therapy. Since joining Johnson & Johnson in 2016, Savaria has advised business leaders on innovative patient assistance programs across all Janssen therapeutic areas. She taken on roles of increasing responsibility serving as dedicated legal counsel to Janssen Immunology’s Integrated Customer Solutions Team, Janssen America’s End-to-End Patient Engagement Team and Janssen’s Specialty Pharmacy Tiger Team. In recognition of these efforts, Savaria was a recipient of the 2022 Janssen Bravo Award for Trying New Things and the 2020 Janssen Bravo Award for Driving Disruptive Innovation.
In addition to her legal responsibilities at Johnson & Johnson, Savaria was Chair of the Corporate Chapter of the Women’s Leadership & Inclusion (WLI) employee resource group and the Creator, Host and Executive Producer of the WLI ELEVATE – a speaker series for women and by women with a mission to transform and inspire through authentic conversations, partnerships with women-owned businesses and charities. Over the course of WLI ELEVAE’s three seasons, it attracted the public support and participation of this generation’s most iconic women leaders including Malala Yousafzai, Vera Wang, Nicole Kidman, Serena Williams, and Oprah Winfrey. Further, the program’s “Watch for Women” Campaign partnered with 25+ women-owned businesses and 9 charities to raise awareness for their products and services as well as provide enough funds to provide 25,000+ victims of gender-based violence with psychological support services, high-school education for 141 girls in Malawi, grant the wishes of 115+ girls in New Jersey’s foster care system and support thousands of frontline workers globally.
Prior to coming to Johnson & Johnson, Savaria was a litigation partner at the law firms of DLA Piper and Kirkland & Ellis LLP and adjunct professor of ethics at Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies. She is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and Yale University.
