Whitaker, Mark

Mark Whitaker is the co-chair of Morrison & Foerster’s Intellectual Property Litigation practice group, with more than 30 years of experience crafting legal strategies in high-stakes patent and trade secret litigation. He has extensive experience representing clients in the nation’s top IP litigation venues, including U.S. district courts, the International Trade Commission, and the Court of Federal Claims. A past president of AIPLA, Mark was elected to their prestigious Fellows membership in 2019. He also co-chairs MoFo’s Diversity Strategy Committee, building on decades of experience leading law firm diversity and inclusion efforts.
