Whitehair, J. Gregory

J. Gregory “Greg” Whitehair, Esq., is a long-time IP trial lawyer and patent registrant, and more recently an ADR neutral and Special Master through his company, IP Resolution Co. Greg’s early career included appointment as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Colorado and private practice with several of Denver’s largest firms. He is past chair of the CBA’s IP and ADR sections, serves on the state Supreme Court’s Civil Rules Committee, and is active with the national Academy of Court Appointed Masters. He has been a Best Lawyers in America™ designee in Colorado since 2006, named in all six IP categories since 2015; he was twice voted BLiA Copyright Lawyer of the Year. Greg received his B.A. in molecular biology from the University of Colorado/Boulder and his J.D. from the University of Michigan/Ann Arbor; he is a part-time clinical professor in ethics at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Center.
