Connecting with Colleagues Effectively Through Online Platforms

The program will include a training session in which Werten Bellamy shares some key “mentoring moments” professionals are adopting to activate highWeten Bellamy levels of engagement in a virtual work environment.

Law firm mentoring programs often struggle to reach their full potential, failing to sustain high levels of mentor and mentee engagement.  Many of these well-intentioned programs underperform because they no longer fit the workplace reality of today’s associate and partner – particularly in dynamic work environments where demands and time constraints are significant.  Stakeholders, Inc. has interviewed over 200 mentors, asking the question: What are the most important things you discuss in your best mentee relationships?  The training session will capture these discussions, and include a short developmentally rich conversation designed to confer insights to individual performers.  The training session is intended to increase the number of developmentally rich exchanges between you and your colleagues.  Tools will be discussed to help you identify the small behavioral changes that bring big performance results in a virtual work environment.

The event will be hosted on the REMO platform.  CLICK HERE TO REGISTER.  Be sure to register in advance so you can build your REMO profile.
