Negotiation Training - Breakout Sessions/Table Talks

Now it is time to put your negotiation training and expertise to the test. Join our panel of expert negotiators from Sessions I and II in instructional table talks. There is no requirement to have participated in Sessions I and II.

You will need to select one of the following sessions:

• Transactional – Licensing
• Examiner Interview – Patent
• Litigation - Opening Argument
• Litigation – PTAB
• Internal Budgeting Discussions (In-House)

Each session will be based on a hypothetical scenario.  Be prepared to participate!
