Join AIPLA President Joe Re for a conversation with US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit Judge Kathleen O'Malley, as they discuss the importance of written communication from the Court perspective.
Judge Kathleen O’Malley has served on the bench for over 26 years, first as a United States District Court Judge for the Northern District of Ohio, and then as a United States Circuit Judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. In addition to her judicial service, Judge O’Malley worked in private practice and served as chief counsel and chief of staff in the Ohio Attorney General’s Office.
