He also assists clients with strategic portfolio development and management.

  Hoyng Rokh Monegier | Partner

  Sabine has dedicated herself to patent litigation for more than 20 years. She is particularly involved in matters with cross-border aspects implying multiple parallel foreign litigations. She developed particular expertise in matters relating to standard-essential patents in the electronics and telecommunications areas. She is also active in the fields of biotech, pharmacy, chemistry and medical devices, as well as that of domestic appliances and convenience goods. She is active in many professional national and international associations, a regular speaker in conferences and a lecturer on patent litigation in various university courses. Sabine is the managing partner of the French offices.

  Unified Patent Court | Technically Qualified Judge

  Mr Scilletta is a Technically Qualified Judge of the Unified Patent Court. He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering and is a European Patent Attorney, an Italian IP Attorney admitted before the EUIPO and he holds the European Patent Litigation Certificate. He is a member of Council of the Italian Industrial Property Consultants Institute. Mr Scilletta serves as Court Expert in patent, design, trademark and copyright lawsuits in Italy, as well as Party Expert in IP litigation.

  West U Capital | Managing Director

  Michelle is currently Managing Director at West U Capital. Previously she was at Validity Finance where she was responsible for their patent matters, including evaluating new cases for investment and managing funded cases. Michelle brings more than ten years of patent and trade secret litigation experience to West U Capital, including significant courtroom experience. Prior to this, Michelle was special counsel at Baker Botts, where she represented both plaintiffs and defendants in the energy and technology sectors in high-stakes IP cases.

  David Ruder is Managing Director and Co-Lead Intellectual Property with VALE Insurance Partners. He is responsible for underwriting intellectual property risks in insurance policies. Prior to VALE he was a Principal with RKIP Management LLC which RKIP provided capital to companies where financing is tied to intellectual property and backed by insurance.

  Stephen Kyriacou, Jr. is a Managing Director and Senior Lawyer in Aon's Litigation Risk Group, where he evaluates litigation-related risks and structures and places litigation risk insurance solutions. Prior to moving to Aon, Stephen was a complex commercial litigator in the New York City office of Boies, Schiller & Flexner from 2011 to 2019. While at BSF, Stephen amassed significant trial, appellate, and arbitration experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in the U.S. and abroad across a wide array of practice areas, including securities, antitrust, constitutional, insurance, first amendment, employment, government contracting, and criminal law, as well as in multidistrict and class action litigation.
