Todd is experienced handling post-grant matters at the USPTO including all aspects of IPR proceedings at the USPTO's Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). He advises clients on issues of patentability, derivation, inventorship and priority related to post grant matters before the PTAB as a supplement or an alternative to traditional litigation-based patent validity challenges. -

Coke Morgan Stewart is the former Acting Deputy Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Deputy Director of the USPTO. Prior to joining the Regent University School of Law faculty in 2021, Ms. Stewart served as the Acting Deputy Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Deputy Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). In that role, Ms. Stewart helped manage one of the largest intellectual property offices in the world and helped oversee the agency’s more than 14,000 employees and $4 billion budget. -

Jeremy is the Global Patent Head of Johnson & Johnson’s pharmaceutical business, where he manages a global team of attorneys and professionals focused on creating robust patent portfolios and providing strategic counsel to its’ Innovative Medicine companies. In addition, he advises on material R&D transactions and IP litigations, and actively works with external trade associations to ensure we have meaningful IP policies. Previously, he led the R&D Legal team responsible for drafting and negotiating complex agreements for J&J’s Innovative Medicine companies. -
