W. Ron Gard is a Professor of Practice in the School of Liberal Arts and a Visiting Assistant Professor at the Law School at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, as well as an attorney in New York. In addition to teaching at Tulane, he is a non-resident fellow at Stanford Law School. He holds a J.D./PhD from the University of Arizona, where he specialized in the intersection of law, economics, and culture. -
