The 2022 Mid-Winter Institute has a total of in-person 660 CLE minutes, including 60 minutes of Ethics (see session info below). Credit amounts will vary by state, based upon each state’s regulations and credit calculation.

The Code of Professional Responsibility, the Best Practices, and the Latest Issues Related to Legal Ethics in Intellectual Property
The maximum credit hour calculation for 50-minute hour states is 13.20 hours, including 1.20 hours of Ethics CLE credit.
The maximum credit hour calculation for 60-minute hour states is 11.00 hours, including 1.00 hours of Ethics CLE credit.
AIPLA is an approved provider by most states requiring CLE and have applied for credit for this meeting to all states requiring CLE. Certificate of Attendance (COA) will be emailed within 4 weeks.
NOTE: CLE accreditations updated upon receipt. Additional states applied to once attendance rosters are processed.
