The 2023 Annual Meeting has an in-person maximum CLE total of 595 minutes including up to 215 minutes of Ethics, 100 Minutes of Cybersecurity, Privacy and Data Protection -General & Ethics (NY Attorneys Only) and 95 minutes of Technology (FL Attorneys Only). Credit amounts will vary by state, based upon each state’s approvals, regulations, and calculations. Sessions that may be eligible for Ethics and specialized CLE credit are listed below.

AIPLA is an approved provider by most states requiring CLE. Program accreditation is sought in all jurisdictions requested through the mandatory CLE survey. Specialized credits (Ethics, Elimination of Bias, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Technology, Cybersecurity, etc.) approval varies and may not be awarded in every jurisdiction. CLE reporting and/or certificates of attendance may take up to 4 weeks for processing. For information on CLE accreditation and processing, please contact the AIPLA CLE Department at cle@aipla.org.
